Purpose of the Position
Reporting to the HR Director EMEA & Central Commercial Channels, the Human Resources Business Partner will:
* Serve as HR Business Partner for designated stores within EMEA.
* Manage HR processes as required.
* Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
* Investigate employee relations issues and recommend actions.
* Implement HR programs aligned with strategic business goals.
* Oversee performance management and corrective actions.
* Administer HR policies, procedures, and systems.
* Coordinate recruitment activities.
* Coach store managers and staff on people management practices.
Qualifications
Successful candidates will demonstrate the ability to build effective relationships across diverse teams, work resiliently in a dynamic environment, and handle sensitive information appropriately.
Minimum Qualifications
* 5-7 years of HR experience in retail across European countries.
* Experience handling confidential and sensitive HR information.
* Flexible, open-minded, and fair judgment.
* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
* Strong organizational and planning skills.
* Fluent in English; proficiency in German and French is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
* Expertise in Excel.
* Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office tools.
* Experience working in an international, multicultural environment.
