Join our team in building the next generation of environmental data & decision-making. In this role, you will support, coach, and manage engineers throughout their career as individual contributors to our goals. You'll maximize their performance, grow their skillset, and ensure their wellbeing. On a team level, you'll foster a culture of ownership, initiative, and high performance. Additionally, you'll contribute to our product and engineering vision and execute on the strategy with the product team and executive leadership. You will work across the organization with experts in academia, engineering, commercial, strategic, communication, and HR to maximize our positive impact.
The ideal candidate brings strong interpersonal skills and extensive software engineering and leadership experience in a dynamic environment.

What you bring:
* Experience building products as a software engineer in multidisciplinary teams
* Experience with all elements of the software development lifecycle
* Experience leading teams and building a cohesive culture
* Experience with change management
* Ability to facilitate workshops or difficult decision meetings
* Open-mindedness, listening skills, understanding, discussion, and solution-finding abilities
* Effective communication in English, both online and offline, written and spoken
* Curiosity and eagerness to learn
* Analytical and creative thinking
* Ability to give and receive feedback
* Capability to transfer skills and traits to others and foster growth
