As Business Process Integration Manager Finance & Controlling, youdrivethe end-to-endapplicationlandscapeforFinance processesacross all Schindler subsidiaries worldwide. Acting as a strategic partner to Group Controlling and Corporate Finance, you work closely with senior stakeholders to enhance transparency, consistency, and efficiency. You play a key role in strengthening operational excellence by evolving the global SAP ERP platform and driving process harmonization.
Your Impact
In this highly visible global role, you will:
Own and drive the end-to-end Finance & Controlling process and application landscape
Lead global demand management and translate business needs into scalable SAP solutions
Design and optimize Finance and closing processes within the SAP ERP architecture
Drive harmonization, simplification, and automation to achieve operational excellence
Collaborate with the global network of Finance stakeholders and key users
Ensure compliance and alignment with Group Controlling and Corporate Finance standards
Who you are
You are an experienced business analyst or SAP application manager who drives complex projects from demand definition through delivery. With strong communication and presentation skills, you effectively engage and influence senior and C-level stakeholders. You excel at translating business needs into clear, structured functional requirements, creating alignment across the organization.
What you bring
Degree in business administration, finance or equivalent
Chartered Accountant, Controller, or equivalent background with solid cost accounting experience
7 years of professional experience, combining Finance expertise, SAP/IT affinity, and management of complex business processes
Strong knowledge of IT and SAP-based Finance solutions, including IT management, governance, and solution architecture design
Experience in machinery manufacturing industry or similar is highly desirable
Fluent English, German is a strong advantage
Openness for travelling 20%
