Tasks Our focus is to maintain the airworthiness, safety & reliability of our aircraft systems & components in line with type certificates & regulatory requirements. We continuously improve our products & processes with cost-saving initiatives to support our service in a complex & demanding environment.
Ensure compliance of Maintenance Program with continuing airworthiness requirements issued by Type Certificate Holders and Airworthiness Authorities.
Assess and define maintenance requirements and instructions for continued airworthiness (ICA), monitor their implementation, and initiate corrective actions in case of deviation.
Review the maintenance program annually for effectiveness and initiate necessary adaptations.
Provide maintenance standards and procedures in cooperation with maintenance and quality departments.
Liaise with OEMs and vendors on technical issues.
Support technical investigations and reporting within the Safety Management System (SMS).

Requirements Higher educational degree (Bachelor, Master) in Aerospace, ECE, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent.
Knowledge of EASA Continuing Airworthiness regulations.
Experience or internship in Aircraft Maintenance is a plus.
Familiarity with AMOS Maintenance Information Systems is a plus.
Strong analytical skills with solution- and goal-oriented thinking.
Flexible, self-organized, proactive, capable of working under time pressure.
Fluency in English; German is a plus.
