Job Title: Talent Development and HR Operations Manager
About the Role:
The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping our HR strategy and operations, ensuring that our employees have an exceptional experience. You will partner with business leaders to drive engagement, provide data-driven insights, and make strategic decisions to support our objectives.
Main Responsibilities:
* Influence employee experience through people processes like onboarding, performance management, development, recognition, and offboarding.
* Ensure timely and accurate delivery of HR services following a customer-centric approach.
* Provide HR partnership and coaching to managers and employees.
* Support payroll administration, manage HR-related documents, and promote digitalization efforts.
* Proactively identify and mitigate conflictual situations.
* Participate in HR initiatives aiming at continuous improvement.
* Provide data analysis and reporting solutions based on business needs.
* This is a broad HR role focusing on excellence in regional HR services, spanning numerous European countries.
Requirements and Qualifications:
* Federal diploma in HR or equivalent.
* Minimum 5+ years' experience in senior HR roles, with a track record of successful people management.
* Languages: Business fluent in English and German. Additional European languages advantageous.
* Strong knowledge of Switzerland labor law.
* Solid professional ethics; ability to work in a dynamic environment while respecting deadlines.
