Job description
This role will lead end‑to‑end projects that enhance user experience, optimize performance, and ensure seamless integration across systems and channels. The ideal candidate combines strong project leadership with a deep understanding of digital commerce platforms, particularly Salesforce Commerce Cloud, and a passion for delivering customer‑centric online experiences.
Key Responsibilities
* Project Leadership: Manage end‑to‑end eCommerce and web experience projects, guiding them from conception through execution to ensure timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.
* User Experience Optimization: Work collaboratively with UX / UI designers, developers, and marketers to deliver intuitive, engaging, and conversion‑focused digital experiences.
* Stakeholder Collaboration: Serve as a liaison among business units, IT, design teams, and external partners to ensure technical capabilities align with commercial aims.
* Data‑Driven Decision Making: Leverage analytics and customer insights to guide improvements in design and functionality, including A/B testing and personalization strategies.
* Technical Coordination: Coordinate with development teams to integrate systems, resolve technical issues, and maintain platform stability and performance.
Profile
* Demonstrated experience leading digital/eCommerce initiatives, ideally within retail or consumer brand sectors.
* Strong knowledge of web technologies, UX principles, and digital commerce ecosystems.
* Experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud or similar enterprise‑level eCommerce platforms.
* Proficiency with tools such as Google Analytics, Jira, and CMS platforms.
* Understanding of SEO, CRO, and digital marketing principles.
* Familiarity with omnichannel commerce and mobile‑first strategy approaches.
Professional requirements
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analytics, reporting tools, and cross‑functional collaboration, with a passion for driving data‑informed decisions in a fast‑paced digital environment.
Languages
Fluency in English is required; additional language skills are an advantage.
