Key Responsibilities
* Ensure the level 1 technical support and warranty process (as back up) support to the network. That includes managing technical dealer tickets, sometimes trouble shooting on site, including process training, to ensure best in class customer satisfaction
* Planning and organizing regular dealer visits, meetings, workshops, and other activities with regional partners. Be responsible for the after-sales projects development, execution, and assessment.
* Work closely together with the level 2 field engineers and the level 2 warranty expert
* Create and hold online training sessions when necessary and support creation of e-learnings and or webinars and tutorial videos
* Work closely together with the quality department and R&D department
* Ensure on site support during product launches, fairs and other events where product support is required.
* Perform technical pre-approvals for particular dealer warranty repair requests.
* Support analytics of tickets and trouble shooting to identify quality issues and identify the best resolution methods

Qualifications
* Strong automotive technical background including all required certificates to work on HV systems, ideally gained through real workshop experience.
* 3+ years of experience in a similar role in automotive/ E-mobility within importer or OEM.
* Organized with communication skills and an understanding of differences between countries, cultures, regulations. Self-learning, the ability to discover and solve problems.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German language and English is a must.
* French and/or Italian language skills are a clear asset.
* High-level attention to details, time management and accuracy. Proficient PowerPoint and presentation skills.
* Must hold a valid driver license for EU and candidates must be eligible to work in Europe.
