What you will do:
* Communicate with customers via phone, chat, and email.
* Track and follow up on cases to ensure they are closed efficiently and promptly.
* Maintain high customer satisfaction, representing major brands.
* Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with all partners and show empathy at all times.
* Work towards achieving targets set by the client’s statement of work as well as internal goals.
