Ph3Role Overview /h3 pThe Senior Director of Market Access for Inline Assets will be responsible for shaping and implementing market access strategies for CSL Behring inline assets. This role is accountable for maximizing the asset total life cycle value throughout product life cycle. It requires strong expertise in obtaining, sustaining, and optimizing product pricing reimbursement, and a comprehensive understanding of the payer environment in key international markets. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liLead the Market Access inline team in one Therapeutic Areas (TAs). Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing global market access inline team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, inclusion, and accountability. /li liServe as a key member of the global Market Access Leadership Team (MALT), contributing to the development and execution of functional strategy, operations, and capability building. /li liAccountable for Market Access deliverables during the inline phase, continuously refining and improving standards for these deliverables. /li liCollaborate with Medical Affairs, Marketing, and other partner functions to influence brand strategy and execution, ensuring proper integration of market access considerations. /li liKeep abreast with payer policies and regulations, economic data within the assigned TA in key international markets. Identify market access opportunities and risks, capture opportunities, mitigate risks through proactive planning, scenario analysis, and stakeholder engagement. /li liDeliver and periodically update the Global Value Dossier as a foundational document for affiliate Pricing Reimbursement (PR) and Health Technology Assessment (HTA) submissions and resubmissions. /li liProvide guidance and support to country teams in PR and HTA submissions, negotiations, and authority responses, ensuring alignment with global strategies. /li liOptimize payer value propositions (PVPs) and health economic models to effectively communicate the clinical and economic value of inline assets to payers and other key stakeholders. /li liContinuously drive the development of lifecycle payer evidence and optimize pricing strategies to maintain and enhance PR throughout the product lifecycle. /li liProvide systematic market access insights for forecasting and long‑range planning, including analysis of key payer policy changes, risk assessments, and opportunity identification. /li liRepresent CSL at global trade associations, participating in access-related committees and working groups to influence industry standards and practices. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liAt least 12 years of experience in market access, with significant exposure to diverse healthcare systems in international markets. /li liProven track record of leading and developing high-performing teams in a global, cross‑functional environment.
