Key Responsibilities:
* Launch and optimize campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Performance Max), Meta, YouTube, Telegram, X, etc.
* Collaborate with designers to improve creatives based on performance.
* Analyze results, test hypotheses, and continuously seek growth points.
* Monitor competitors and trends across international markets.
* Navigate crypto ad restrictions and platform policies.
* Coordinate with analysts and work with prepared analytics.
* Contribute to mobile user acquisition and ASO strategies.
Requirements:
* Strong hands‑on experience with Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Performance Max).
* Knowledge of social ad platforms: Meta, YouTube, Telegram, X, etc.
* Experience in crypto marketing or deep understanding of its ad limitations.
* Data‑driven mindset, strong initiative, and not afraid to experiment.
* Experience promoting products in global markets (especially Tier‑1).
* Upper‑intermediate English or higher.
* Bonus: experience with mobile app campaigns, AppsFlyer, ASO, Google Play / App Store.
