Job Description Ensure adherence to Agile principles and best practices.
Facilitate Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives).
Support capacity planning and budget follow-up.
Assist in administrative tasks related to Agile processes.
Remove impediments and foster a collaborative team environment.
Coach team members on Agile methodologies.
Monitor and report on team performance and progress.
Promote continuous improvement within the team.
Collaborate with Product Owners to manage the product backlog.
Ensure effective communication between team members and stakeholders.
The Successful Applicant Proven experience as a Scrum Master.
Strong understanding of Agile principles and methodologies.
Excellent facilitation and coaching skills.
Ability to manage and resolve conflicts within the team.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Experience with capacity planning and budget management.
Familiarity with Agile tools and software (e.g., Jira, Trello).
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Certification in Scrum (e.g., CSM, PSM) is a plus
