Our mastery of hyaluronic acid allows us to offer filler products and dermocosmetics of the highest performance in over 90 countries worldwide and to be the 3rd largest global player in hyaluronic acid-based fillers.In the context of our activities, we are recruiting a:IT DirectorMain activities: - Define and deploy the overall Group IT strategy in alignment with business and regulatory goals.- Manage all infrastructures, ERP systems, networks, security, as well as the digital project portfolio.- Supervise, support, and structure the internal IT team, comprising about fifteen people, while overseeing external resources.- Ensure a high level of cybersecurity, compliance (GxP, GDPR), and business continuity.- Modernize and harmonize the architecture around Cloud solutions, and tools in place; implement effective governance: ITSM, budgets, roadmap, standards and accelerate key process digitalization (industry, supply chain, quality, finance, commerce).- Act as a liaison with business departments to co-create innovative solutions and provide superior services.Requirements:- Master's degree or equivalent.- Minimum of 10 years of experience as an IT manager with exposure to finance and business needs.- Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry or medical devices.Recruitment agencies and firms are kindly requested to refrain from offering their services. jid836f0f5aen jit0314aen jpiy26aen
