Your Responsibilities
 * Marketing Strategy & Market Insights:
 o Contribute to the development of a global portfolio strategy by providing valuable insights into customer needs, market trends and service requirements.
 o Conduct competitive analysis and market research to define winning strategies.
 o Support the development of value propositions and strategic positioning for products and product lines.
 * Product Portfolio Marketing & Campaigns:
 o Develop and execute marketing campaigns based on clinical data to increase brand awareness, generate leads and maximize revenue.
 o Create content and provide input for marketing materials to ensure messages aligned with the overall strategy tailored to different regions and launch phases.
 o Support the sales team by providing marketing tools and materials that foster customer engagement.
 * Development Projects & Launch Excellence:
 o Lead go-to-market strategies for product launches in close coordination with regional teams to define limited release and launch approaches.
 o Oversee post-launch marketing activities in key regions.
 o Define KPIs for new products to monitor success.
 * Market Engagement & Stakeholder Management:
 o Build and maintain strong relationships with different markets and key stakeholders.
 o Understand and respect the varying needs of countries and regions regarding products, launches and marketing.
 o Collect and integrate market feedback to refine product strategies and marketing approaches.
Your Qualifications
 * University degree in marketing, business administration or equivalent working experience.
 * Minimum of 3 years of working experience as a Marketing or -Product Manager in an international environment in the med tech industry.
 * Fluent in English, German at least B1.
 * Analytical and structured way of working.
 * Intercultural competence and excellent communication skills.
 * Project management skills.
 * High customer and market orientation.
 * Sound user of MS Office.
 * Travel approx. 20%, Home Office possibility of max. 40%.
