Your responsibilities:
Serve as the primary contact for Connectivity customers, managing all commercial requests and working closely with the Retention Sales Team.
Attend virtual and onsite customer meetings to understand and meet their needs and expectations.
Manage relationships with global carriers, including price negotiations, contract discussions, and performance reviews to ensure they align with Open Systems' strategic and operational goals.
Act as an escalation point for business-related requests from customers and suppliers.
Coordinate with internal teams to assess and navigate commercial, technical, legal, regulatory, and financial environments.
Build and maintain business relations with suppliers and customers, serving as a broker to expand business opportunities.
Your qualifications include:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Global Telecommunications.
At least 5 years of experience in Telecommunications, Project Management, or Customer Service.
Knowledge of network offerings such as SD WAN, Cloud, and MPLS.
Fluent in English; German is preferred.
