In this role, you will support the rollout of CRM solutions, contribute to sales process optimisation, and help create a seamless customer experience across our global organisation.
Responsibilities
* Support the rollout of CRM processes and tools within Customer Service and Sales
* Assist in documenting Lead‑to‑Cash processes (e.g., lead management, opportunity handling, order processing)
* Create and maintain process maps, guidelines, and documentation
* Help coordinate rollout activities and collect stakeholder feedback
* Support project tracking, reporting, and KPI analysis
* Document workshop outcomes, decisions, and action items
* Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and ensure data quality
Qualifications
* Currently studying Business Administration, Engineering, Operations, or a related field
* Structured and detail‑oriented thinking
* Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
* Analytical mindset and affinity for process optimisation and data
* Hands‑on, proactive, reliable, and able to work autonomously
* Fluent in English (German is a plus)
