In Markets IT, we develop tools and applications to support the sales & trading desks of the bank. The team designs, implements and tests based on the requirements of the stakeholders. Our developers work closely with trading and sales desks, business analysts, and with IT developers in other teams.We are looking for a flexible and goal-oriented developer who is enthusiastic to work in a small team.Development of services for the trading tools in JAVA and C++ with focus on C++Maintaining and continuously improving existing softwareDesigning and integrating solutions to meet new business requirementsProviding third level support and user trainingLiaising with key business and IT stakeholders
University or FH degree in Computer Science 3 years of working experience in developing banking applications, preferable for trading 5 years of experience in Object-oriented Programming in C Hands-on experience in Visual C, QT, Core Java and related utilities / libraries, Spring Framework, JMS, JPA, Maven Experience in modelling relational databases, Oracle, Hibernate, JDBC Very good understanding of financial products, especially FX Options and FX Rates Experience in messaging (IBM MQ, Active MQ) and message formats (JSON, Thrift) Knowledge of financial market data and data feeds Experience with microservices platforms (Kubernetes, Docker, Helm Charts ..) Delivering reliable results on time and under pressureProfessional communication with demanding stakeholders Flexible and goal-oriented working in a very dynamic environmentProactive and pragmatic approach to problem solvingWilling to work in a small teamFluent in English, German is an asset
