You will act as the UX lead across multiple initiatives, ensuring customer needs, business objectives, technical feasibility, and regulatory requirements are translated into intuitive, high-quality user experiences. /ph3Requirements /h3ulli8+ years of experience in UX Design, Product Design, Service Design, Human Factors, Design Research, or a related discipline. /liliDegree in UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Industrial Design, Service Design, Human Factors, or similar. /liliProven experience leading UX initiatives for complex digital products, platforms, services, hardware solutions, or healthcare-related products. /liliStrong project management capabilities, including planning, estimation, prioritisation, dependency management, risk management, and progress tracking. /liliExperience defining UX workstreams, milestones, resource plans, and effort estimates. /liliDemonstrated success working with Product, Engineering, Research, Regulatory, Quality, and business stakeholders. /liliExcellent communication, facilitation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. /liliAbility to navigate ambiguity and transform complex challenges into clear design direction. /liliExperience working within agile product development environments. /liliFluent English communication skills. /li /ulh3Compensation Benefits /h3pPlease note interviews would be conducted via video call, however the role is based 100% in Switzerland.
