We are looking for a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Sales, Marketing & Customer Support Assistant, with a focus on the German market.
Main Responsibilities
* Manage inbound customer service (phone and email) in a professional and efficient manner
* Provide operational support to the Digital Marketing Manager
* Manage and update the company’s social media channels
* Onboard new clients
* Execute identification and regulatory compliance procedures (KYC / Anti-Money Laundering)
Requirements
* Excellent command of Italian and German (spoken and written) – C1 level or higher
* Good knowledge of English
* Knowledge of French (a plus)
* At least 1 year of experience in:
o customer support (preferably in fintech or digital services)
o digital marketing
* Digital marketing skills and familiarity with AI tools
* Strong interest in the financial sector
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications
* Knowledge of CRM software
* Skills in graphic design
* Experience with digital marketing platforms
* Knowledge of other European languages
Work Location
Chiasso (Switzerland) – on‑site position only (no remote working)
