Responsibilities
* Serve as the point of contact for all HR-related matters
* Coordinate with our external payroll provider to ensure accurate and timely HR administrative processes
* Report on HR KPIs such as Headcount and FTE
* Act as a sparring partner for managers on HR topics
* Manage the entire Employee Life Cycle
* Oversee the hiring process to attract top talent
* Implement effective onboarding programs for new employees
* Contribute to maintaining a positive, inclusive, and motivating company culture
* Ensure HR processes comply with legal requirements and develop policies aligned with our values
Qualifications
* Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, with additional HR qualifications and labor law knowledge
* Minimum of 7 years of HR experience, preferably in a tech start-up environment
* Excellent communication skills in German and English
* Strong relationship-building skills and a passion for people
* Solution-oriented and analytical thinking
* Experience with HR software and tools is advantageous
