American Hole N One

American Hole N One is the industry leader in hole-in-one insurance and prize indemnity solutions, helping golf tournaments and promotional events offer high-value prizes without financial risk. For more than 40 years, the company has supported thousands of events nationwide with trusted coverage, event signage, and specialty promotions. Known for reliability, expertise, and exceptional service, American Hole N One helps clients create memorable, high-impact events.

This is a seasonal role, beginning in March, with the opportunity to work full-time hours, Monday through Friday, until the end of September each year.


Responsibilities

* Customer Support: Be the friendly and knowledgeable point of contact for our customers, providing personalized service and building strong relationships through phone, email, and chat.
* Answer live chats in a timely manner.
* Respond to customer emails via Customer Care & Online Buying.
* Work with our Production team and manage our Service Sam To-Do List.
* Navigate our CRM system – HubSpot.
* Take incoming and make outgoing calls regarding Billing, Contract Changes & any other Service calls that come through the call queue.
* Book Golf and Sign (Print) Orders.
* Make outbound renewal calls to book contracts as directed to existing customers.
* Contract Management: Assist with closing out contracts that come through our Online Buying Portal and follow up on any unfinished contracts by gathering missing information from customers, golf courses, and tournament directors.
* Sales and Service Collaboration: Work closely with our Sales and Service teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment, especially during high-volume times.
* Follow up on Quotes, Pending Contracts, and Collections being a focal point of the role.
* Check folders i.e.: Redemptions, Logos, Signed Contracts, Customer Care, and Online Buying.
* Event Management: Follow up on high-risk events to ensure our clients are well-prepared to execute their contests correctly.
* Product Knowledge: Utilize your golf knowledge and learned skills to assist customers with their inquiries and service requests.
* Team Collaboration: Work in unison with internal departments to deliver a high-quality experience for our customers.
* Time Management: Prioritize tasks and manage your workload effectively to meet client service requests and business needs.
* Travel Requests: May be asked to travel to and from events in your area and region based on operational need and risk assessment. Reimbursement would apply.


Requirements

What We're Looking For

* Education: High school diploma or equivalent experience.
* Customer Service Experience: A background in customer service is essential, with golf industry knowledge being a strong plus.
* Organizational Skills: Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
* Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Team Player: High energy and a positive attitude, ready to contribute to a collaborative work environment.
* Attention to Detail: Strong listening skills and a keen eye for detail.
* Tech Savvy: Experience with CRM tools like HubSpot is a plus.
* Sports Enthusiast: A passion for sports, particularly golf, is highly valued.
* Quality Reporting: Use and filter Excel to provide reporting on KPIs to management.
