Lead Software Architect
Location: SwitzerlandSet-up: permanent job
Your Responsibilities
Define and drive the software architecture across complex, multi-layered systems
Lead and coordinate development activities across internal teams and external partners
Ensure system reliability, performance, and a high-quality user experience
Oversee integration across embedded software, DSP, hardware, streaming platforms, apps, and cloud services
Guide technical decision‑making and validate architectural choices through to industrialisation
Establish robust development practices, including CI/CD and validation processes
Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams (hardware, acoustics, product, industrialization)
Required Profile
10+ years of experience in embedded software engineering
Strong background in multimedia systems
Deep expertise in embedded Linux and real‑time architectures
Proven ability to design end‑to‑end platforms across hardware and software layers
Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills
Fluent in English
