Student Worker - Claims

About the role
This role involves performing administrative support for claims handlers as well as handling your own portfolio of claims. The support consists of gathering data, making payments, and other administrative tasks. You will also handle simpler claims on your own, communicating with brokers and customers, while providing excellent customer service. Our Nordic claims team consists of some of the most experienced claims professionals in the industry, skilled in handling everything from common losses to complex or major incidents.
You will be hired on an hourly basis, for up to 15 hours per week, and the working schedule will be flexible, as we understand the importance of your studies. We expect that you will be able to work approximately 1‑2 days per week. We can offer this position for a period of one year, with the possibility of an extension. Our office is located in the heart of Copenhagen.
Qualifications
* At least two years left of your university studies, preferably within law (cand.jur or cand.merc.jur).
* Fluency in Danish and strong written and verbal communication skills in English are required.
* Administrative skills and proficiency in Excel.
* Service minded, communicative, and flexible.
* Good abilities to co‑operate with both colleagues and customers.
