- Lead and manage a growing infrastructure team
- Oversee infrastructure operations across both on-premises and cloud environments (Azure), ensuring stability, sclalability and performance
- Support and guide the hybrid deployment of Dynamics 365 and Microsoft 365
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment between infrastructure strategy and business needs
- Helping the organization transition away from legacy systems
- Ensure operational readiness of core services including Exchange Online, Teams and SharePoint online
- Promote a collaborative and inclusive team culture
Lead meaningful transformation People-first leadership environment
- Proven experience in team management, with the ability to lead, mentor and grow a technical team in a dynamic environment
- Strong background in infrastructure, including both on-premises systems and cloud platforms (azure) with the ability to oversee operations and guide strategic decisions
- General understanding of other IT domains, such as software development, to facilitate cross-functional collaboration
- Very good level of English - French is a plus
