Vyntra · Yverdon-les-Bains, Switzerland (Hybrid)
Vyntra builds data-driven software that helps financial institutions prevent financial crime and improve transaction visibility. We are a 165-person fintech scale-up with a lean and delivery-focused Professional Services team.
We are looking for a Project Manager to lead multiple SaaS client implementations at the same time. This is a hands-on delivery role in a growing company.
This is not a large enterprise transformation position. It is a practical role focused on execution and client delivery in a fast-moving environment.
What you will do
You will coordinate active client implementation projects and ensure delivery stays on track.
You will:
Manage 3–6 SaaS implementation projects at different stages
Build and maintain project plans, timelines, budgets and documentation
Track scope and consultant hours to ensure projects stay within plan
Maintain project information in Certinia, Jira and Celoxis (status, risks, actions, forecasts)
Coordinate Business Analysts, PS Consultants and Data Scientists to remove blockers
Monitor team capacity and identify resource risks early
Act as the main day-to-day contact for clients
Lead client meetings and ensure clear follow-up on actions and decisions
Manage escalations in a structured and calm way
You will not perform the technical configuration, but you will be fully responsible for delivery.
How we work
We use structured project management practices, but we avoid unnecessary bureaucracy. You should be able to apply Agile, Prince2, PMI or similar approaches in a practical way depending on the project.
As we grow, you will also contribute to improving our delivery processes.
This role requires working from our Yverdon-les-Bains office three days per week, with occasional client travel.
About you
You are an experienced Project Manager with approximately 6–12 years of experience in software or SaaS delivery.
You are comfortable:
Managing several projects in parallel
Coordinating cross-functional teams without direct authority
Working in environments where priorities may change
Tracking budgets, effort forecasts and delivery margins
Communicating clearly with both technical and business stakeholders
Experience delivering SaaS or data-driven software is required. Experience in financial services, banking or payments is a strong advantage.
You do not need to be an engineer, but you should feel comfortable discussing APIs, integrations and data-related topics.
You are organised, proactive, and comfortable taking responsibility for delivery without needing perfect structure.
