You will be responsible for developing and executing both the long-term X Plan (4-24 months) and the mid-term X Schedule (4-13 weeks) across critical manufacturing resources.Working in close with Manufacturing, Procurement and Customer Experience teams, you will ensure production feasibility, improve planning performance and support business growth while maintaining high service main responsibilities will include:Develop and maintain the Master Supply Plan for key bottleneck resources, ensuring cross-functional alignment across the and Master Scheduling (MPS) review meetings with key stakeholders to confirm priorities, feasibility and actionsBuild and manage the Master Production Schedule for critical manufacturing resourcesEnsure planning master accuracy in ERP systems, reflecting supply capabilities and lead timesMonitor and report Planning KPIs, performing root cause analysis and driving corrective actionsContribute to the Supply Review step of the S&OP process, providing insights and to address constraintsLead scenario planning and recovery plans in case of capacity or constraintsAct as a key driver for planning and supply chain continuous improvement, enhancing planning processes, reporting tools and with cross-functional teams X delivery performance, inventory and productivityProfileBachelor s or Master s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business or a field10 years of experience in Supply Chain Planning within complex manufacturing or industrial environmentsProven experience in Master Production Scheduling or advanced production planning rolesStrong expertise in short-term X long-term X command of ERP systems (SAP strongly preferred) and planning toolsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with a mindsetExcellent and stakeholder management skills in cross-functional environmentsWell-organized, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities independentlyExperience contributing to continuous improvement and planning process French and English are currently based outside Switzerland are welcome X if they are willing to to French-speaking Switzerland and have strong French language skills and meet all technical and experience OfferA key planning role within an established industrial companyA environment with strong cross-functional interactionsThe opportunity to contribute directly to supply chain performance and excellence jidd46235faen jit0313aen jpiy26aen
