To complete its team, the DRH is looking for an HR Budget Management and Steering Tools Analyst at 100%.Your mission and responsibilities- Contribute to the steering and HR budgeting of the City by building, updating, and analyzing HR dashboards (headcount, FTE, costs, absences, etc.), calculation methods, rules, and monitoring reports (variance analysis, projections, cost analysis), while guaranteeing data quality.- Perform SAP HR/HCM data extractions for HR and budgetary analyses. Produce analyses and reporting for the DRH, departments and services, commissions, and bodies.- Collect, structure, and manage HR data to ensure its quality and availability for needs. Improve internal monitoring and reporting tools and participate in the implementation of a data quality culture within the DRH.- Contribute to job analyses by collecting, structuring, and examining the necessary elements for their evaluation. Study and evaluate job descriptions taking into account the criteria and propose a job class and a standard job function. Produce summaries and analyses requested within the framework of job or position evaluations and contribute to profile evolution projects.Profile- Hold a Master's degree in HR, Management, Management Control, Economics, Information Systems, or Social Sciences.- Benefit from 3 to 5 years of experience in HR Steering, Data Governance, HRIS/SAP HR.- Have experience in the public sector, a plus. Be comfortable in complex HRIS environments, with a strong affinity for numbers, data analysis, dashboards, and HR/budget reporting.- Demonstrate rigor, method, and excellent analytical precision, with an eye for detail.- Demonstrate a strong capacity for synthesis, writing, and communication.
