Your Responsibilities
* Lead and inspire the entertainment staff to express their creativity
* Ensure the team effectively fulfills their duties and leads
* Develop and oversee the camp’s entertainment schedule, including evening and on‑campus activities
* Supervise daily evening activities, ensuring smooth and safe operations
* Serve as the main communication point between the entertainment team and camp monitors
* Delegate tasks for efficient event execution
YOUR PROFILE
* Minimum age of 22, with EU citizenship or Swiss residency
* Prior experience as a camp staff member or in entertainment and program coordination
* Ability to supervise staff and experience in people management
* Good organizational and time‑management skills
* Fluent in English, with additional language skills as a plus
* Demonstrates positive attitude, and the ability to remain calm under stress
* Creative, flexible, and a strong team player with a high workload capacity
* Experience working in multicultural environments
