Position type: Temporary assignment (70–100 %) until 30 October 2026, optional extension to permanent.
Responsibilities
* Professional care and support of residents and patients in daily life.
* Assistance with basic and therapeutic care according to care planning.
* Monitoring of health status and transmission of relevant information to nursing staff.
* Co‑responsibility for high quality care and adherence to hygiene and quality standards.
* Documentation of care services in the electronic care dossier.
* Collaboration within an interdisciplinary team and support of trainees when needed.
Qualifications
* Completed training as Fachfrau/Fachmann Gesundheit EFZ.
* Professional experience in long‑term care, Spitex, or acute care is an advantage.
* Independent, responsible, and reliable working style.
* Strong social competence and enjoyment in interacting with people.
* Good German language skills in speaking and writing.
* Flexibility for all duty types and willingness for temporary assignments in Basel‑Land.
* Driving licence Category B is an advantage.
