Your contribution to us You will receive orders, process them, and coordinate everything necessary with the relevant departments – from order acceptance to export processing, including customs documents and transport organization.
You create and track offers.
You are in direct contact with our customers – by phone, in writing, in German and English
You take care of national and international shipping.
You handle customer complaints in a solution-oriented manner.
You support the sales team with projects.
This is what you bring with you A commercial apprenticeship with a technical flair or a basic technical apprenticeship with further commercial training.
Several years of experience in international sales
Experience in export and customs clearance.
Very good IT skills (ERP, MS Office).
Very good knowledge of German and English.
Enjoyment of communication, teamwork and customer contact.
A precise, structured, and independent way of working – along with a good understanding of numbers and entrepreneurial thinking.
