For our client based in Geneva, we are looking for a senior workplace project manager (f/m/d) responsible for overseeing the transition from MDM X to Microsoft Intune as part of a project to manage terminal tools. The project will extend over approximately months, with an average of 1.5 to 2 days per week, and will cover various phases ranging from initial analysis and the planning of deployment waves to the delivery and rollout of Workspace. Mission - Lead the project of transitioning Workspace One to Intune for a fleet of approximately smartphones and tablets. - Structure the governance of the project and coordinate internal teams, external partners, and technical experts involved. - Define the project roadmap, plan the deployment waves and ensure tracking of technical risks and propose necessary corrective actions to secure project progress. - Ensure regular reporting to management and stakeholders on progress, key milestones, and critical issues. Profile - Solid experience of at least 7 years in managing IT projects related to the Modern Workplace, endpoint management, or environments. - Knowledge of Microsoft Intune MDM X solutions, with practical experience in or deployment across mobile devices. - Proven ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders, both internal and external, in a technical environment involving dependencies. - Mastery of project management fundamentals, including risk management, tracking dependencies, and steering. - Strong synthesis and reporting skills, enabling effective interaction with technical teams as well as decision-makers. - Structured, rigorous, and outcome-oriented approach with the ability to secure decisions, schedule, and quality of delivery.
