Financial Planning & Analysis Business Partner
And become the key link between Finance and our Global Sales & Marketing teams.
Your main responsibilities will be:
* Commercial Partnership: Act as the primary finance lead for our European commercial teams. You are their "go-to" for financial clarity. Ensure alignment between commercial objectives and financial performance targets.
* Business Case: Build robust financial models for new product launches, market expansions, and clinical trial investments. Perform scenario and sensitivity analysis, evaluate ROI and payback, and provide structured recommendations to support capital allocation.
* Profitability Management: Analyse gross margins and net profitability by region, product line, and distributor. Identify "leakage" and suggest corrective actions. Recommend and follow corrective actions to improve contribution margins and overall financial performance.
* Performance Tracking: Own the commercial KPI dashboard (Sales vs. Plan, ASP trends, Funnel conversion, Regional Financial statements) and provide the "why" behind the numbers. Support forecasting, re-forecasting, and performance reviews with senior management.
* Deal Desk Support: Evaluate complex commercial rebate structures, and tender offers to ensure we win business without sacrificing margins.
Your profile:
* 8+ years in financial planning and analysis (FP&A), with a heavy focus on Commercial/Sales Finance.
* Prior experience in MedTech, Biotech, or Pharma is a significant plus to understand the nuances of healthcare reimbursement and global pricing.
* Advanced Excel skills are a given.
* Experience with BI tools (Excel, PowerBI) and ERP systems (D365, etc.) is highly valued.
* Fluent in French and English, both are daily working language. You will be communicating daily with stakeholders in the USA and Europe; the ability to pivot between these languages and cultures is essential.
* Master’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration.
Other European language would be an asset.
* Strong advisory mindset: You don’t just share financial insights or present data, you translate them into clear, meaningful guidance and you provide actionable recommendations.
* Clarity in communication: You communicate EBITDA fluctuations with ease, adapting your message to diverse audiences and fostering understanding and alignment across non‑finance stakeholders.
* Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
