In addition, the role provides strategic HR Business Partnering to defined business areas, ensuring alignment between people strategies and business objectives. This individual will work closely with the HR Leadership Team and senior business leaders to deliver high-quality HR solutions in a dynamic, fast‑growing multinational environment. Primary Responsibilities Recruitment Service Management Oversee end‑to‑end service management of recruitment processes and ensure high-quality delivery from internal and external partners. Vendor Management (TOD) Lead and manage vendor relationships related to Talent and Organizational Development programs, tools, and services. HR Business Partnering Provide strategic HRBP support to assigned business areas, acting as a trusted advisor to leaders. Project & Portfolio Management Support the Head of HR Strategic Projects in the delivery and governance of key HR programs, including project management and portfolio management activities.
