Position Summary
As a Specialist Charter Sales, you’ll take ownership of the entire charter sales cycle—from the initial client interaction through to flight execution and post-mission follow-up. You’ll play a vital role in ensuring an exceptional experience for our clients, while working closely with internal teams to ensure every flight runs smoothly and professionally. Your mission
Drive charter sales across internal and external fleets: Sell flights using Jet Aviation’s internal fleet as well as sub-chartered aircraft capacity.
Manage the full charter process, end-to-end: From client inquiry to scheduling, booking, invoicing, and post-flight follow-up.
Deliver premium customer service at every touchpoint: Build trust, exceed expectations, and ensure a smooth experience for every client.
Manage and grow assigned charter customer accounts: Maintain close relationships, ensure client satisfaction, and drive repeat business.
Meet revenue and sales targets for assigned territories: Take responsibility for commercial success within the EMEA charter sales region.
Support market development and strategic growth: Assist the Director of Charter Sales in cultivating market opportunities and leads.
Promote Jet Aviation’s brand and services externally: Represent the company at industry events and uphold our global standards.
Leverage digital tools for operational excellence: Use systems like AVINODE and AVIANIS for budgeting.

Your profile
High school/business school degree; any additional further education is beneficial.
In-depth understanding and relevant work experience of the EMEA charter sales market/industry.
Proven strong charter sales achievements and performance.
Willingness to work shift pattern.
Microsoft Office user knowledge.
Fluent in English; French speaking would be an advantage.
Achiever and communicator with strong communication and influencing skills.
High customer orientation, externally and internally focused.
Proven business and financial acumen.
High flexibility with strong commercial awareness.
Good resistance to stress, team-spirit, and professional presentation.
