We are seeking a Paralegal for a multinational bank in Switzerland. The Paralegal will support the legal department in managing and maintaining documentation, ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal standards. The successful candidate will work closely with legal and business stakeholders across jurisdictions and contribute to the efficient administration of legal processes within the bank.
Key tasks/responsibilities
* Manage and update legal and regulatory documentation
* Assist with the preparation, review, and maintenance of contracts and corporate records
* Support cross-border legal coordination and respond to internal inquiries
* Ensure accurate documentation handling in line with Swiss and international banking regulations
* Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency and workflow; periodically convey views to the Managing Director
Experience & Qualifications:
* Experience in a Legal or Paralegal role, ideally in a multinational bank or law firm
* Excellent drafting skills, communication skills, and attention to detail
* Fluent in English and German, both written and verbal; French is a plus
* Highly organized and efficient with the ability to drive projects and deliver against set timelines
