Your responsibilities
* As a Project Purchasing Manager, you are the primary person responsible for purchasing for the defined project portfolio.
* You lead all purchasing activities related to your projects.
* You manage purchases from the concept phase through to production (PPAP).
* You coordinate with the different departments to achieve the set objectives.
* You anticipate supplier capacity and conduct market analyses for innovation, sharing relevant project information with your team.
* You manage supplier contracts and ensure follow-up with the commodity team.
* You lead sourcing meetings for supplier allocation.
* You ensure part replacement and updates during project phases.
* You define and implement the sourcing strategy.
Your profile
* You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Purchasing, or Project Management.
* You have proven experience in project management or strategic purchasing.
* You have initial experience in electronics, mechanics, or a similar field.
* You hold an IPMA Level D certification.
* You are fluent in French and English; German is a plus.
* You have very good knowledge of MS Office and an ERP system.
* You stand out for your team spirit, versatility, and your approach to process management.
* You excel in communication, negotiation, and have a strong ability to persuade.
