We are supporting a specialist life sciences equipment manufacturer supplying capital equipment used in cleanroom and controlled manufacturing environments across the biotech, pharmaceutical, and advanced life sciences sectors.
Their technology supports highly regulated production environments, including pharmaceutical manufacturing facilities, biologics production sites, and life sciences cleanrooms.
Due to continued European expansion, the company is now seeking a Sales Manager to lead commercial development across the DACH region.
The Role
* Full commercial responsibility for the DACH territory
* Selling capital equipment used in life sciences manufacturing and cleanroom environments
* Target customers include biotech companies, pharmaceutical manufacturers, CDMOs, and advanced life sciences facilities
* Building relationships with manufacturing leadership, engineering teams, cleanroom managers, and procurement
* Managing longer-cycle consultative sales processes for high-value technical equipment
* Supporting the company’s European growth strategy
About you
* Experience selling capital equipment or technical systems into life sciences, biotech, or pharmaceutical manufacturing
* Familiarity with cleanroom environments, GMP production facilities, or regulated manufacturing
* Comfortable managing complex technical sales across multiple European markets
* Commercially strong with a consultative, relationship-driven sales approach
* Ideally based in Switzerland or within the DACH region
