LEDFlex is expanding across the Middle East, and we are seeking a driven Country Manager (Commercial Focus) to lead business development in KSA and neighboring territories. This role is designed for a strategic, commercially minded professional who can balance high-level decision-making with hands-on client engagement.
Key Responsibilities (Commercial Focus)
* Collaborate closely with the Managing Director to support strategic business objectives and contribute to high-level decision-making.
* Work in partnership with regional colleagues—especially across your designated countries—to drive market growth and ensure commercial alignment.
* Proactively identify, build, and develop high-value client relationships to increase revenue and market presence.
* Uncover new commercial opportunities for LEDFlex—both in projects where we are specified and in untapped areas where we can influence specification.
* Develop project acquisition strategies and take ownership of closing key deals to meet commercial targets.
* Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients, anticipating their needs and offering tailored solutions that drive repeat business.
* Acquire a deep understanding of LEDFlex’s portfolio and how it can be positioned to maximize value within the competitive landscape.
* Monitor trends and competitor activity in the Middle East lighting specification market, providing insights that inform commercial strategy.
* Produce data-driven sales reports and revenue forecasts to guide senior management in resource planning and performance tracking.
* Ensure full, accurate, and timely data entry into the CRM system to support pipeline visibility and strategic follow-up.
* Deliver persuasive face-to-face presentations that effectively communicate commercial value and project ROI.
* Participate in advanced training programs to enhance market knowledge, product expertise, and commercial acumen.
* Support the Estimation team by generating accurate quotes and negotiating pricing structures that protect margins while remaining competitive.
* Travel as required, with a strong emphasis on KSA and other countries under your commercial jurisdiction, to drive business development and client engagement.
Candidate Profile
* Proven track record in business development or commercial management within the lighting, construction, or specification industry.
* Strong network of client relationships across KSA and the wider Middle East.
* Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
* Analytical mindset with the ability to generate insights from data and market trends.
* Proactive, results-driven, and comfortable working both strategically and hands-on.
* Willingness to travel extensively across the region.
