We seek an International Sports Partnerships Manager based in Le Locle to support HQ team and markets promoting Cycling & Multisport events.
Your responsibilities include:
* Independently manage global sponsorship partnerships.
* Build relationships with external stakeholders.
* Lead brand activation events worldwide.
* Coordinate sponsorship operations branding and activation.
* Develop implement activation strategies with key markets and agencies.
* Evaluate partnership performance through KPIs and analysis.
* Ensure optimal brand visibility product placement at major events.
* Supervise on-site operations with partners local teams.
* Maintain communication with internal stakeholders alignment with partners.
* Plan manage monitor event budgets.
* Oversee marketing activation activities across international markets.
Focusing on Cycling Tour de France Tour de France Women Vuelta and Multisport World Games events as well as other relevant international events.
Key qualifications include:
* Leading cross-functional teams coordinating with external stakeholders.
* Strong communication interpersonal skills.

* Ability to work proactively under tight deadlines.
* Planning budgeting reporting execution tracking skills.
Requirements include 7+ years experience in sports marketing strong understanding of event management business acumen in an international environment and fluency in French English.
