Job Description
* Ensure adherence to Agile principles and best practices.
* Facilitate Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives).
* Support capacity planning and budget follow-up.
* Assist in administrative tasks related to Agile processes.
* Remove impediments and foster a collaborative team environment.
* Coach team members on Agile methodologies.
* Monitor and report on team performance and progress.
* Promote continuous improvement within the team.
* Collaborate with Product Owners to manage the product backlog.
* Ensure effective communication between team members and stakeholders.
The Successful Applicant
* Proven experience as a Scrum Master.
* Strong understanding of Agile principles and methodologies.
* Excellent facilitation and coaching skills.
* Ability to manage and resolve conflicts within the team.
* Strong organizational and time management skills.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
* Experience with capacity planning and budget management.
* Familiarity with Agile tools and software (e.g., Jira, Trello).
* Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
* Certification in Scrum (e.g., CSM, PSM) is a plus
