Our client is part of an independent group and a leading provider of products and systems in geotechnics, construction engineering, and reinforcement technology. We offer innovative and high‑quality products and services for specific sectors of construction.
Responsibilities
* Strategic advisory of senior management and leaders on HR topics such as workforce planning, development, and conflict management.
* Responsible for the entire employee lifecycle: administration from entry to exit, including contract, reference, and leave management.
* Support in recruitment, talent management, and employee development.
* Optimization of HR processes and policies and support of change projects.
* Analysis of HR metrics, legal HR advice, and HR controlling.
* Promotion of company culture, strengthening of leadership, and organization of HR events.
* Interface role with payroll and occasional administrative support for other departments.
Qualifications
* Completed commercial or business administration education, preferably with HR training.
* Multiple years of experience as HR Business Partner, HR Generalist, or HR Consultant – preferably in industry/production.
* Solid knowledge of Swiss labor law and executive coaching.
* High social competence, strong communication skills, and solution‑oriented work style.
* Proficient use of MS Office and HRIS systems.
* Excellent German skills; good French skills.
