Due to our continuous growth, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for our club in the Basel region for a passionate and sports-enthusiastic Assistant Manager Fitness Club (m/f/d) on a 100% basis.
As Assistant Manager Fitness Club at PureGym, you always give your all to provide our members with the best experience in our clubs. You also support the club in measures to improve performance and act as the right hand of gym management.
Your role includes the following tasks and responsibilities:
* You take care of and accompany our members in a friendly manner and spread the PureGym spirit throughout the entire facility.
* You implement the specified PureGym standards and lead by example.
* You check all club areas and ensure that all quality requirements for safety, cleanliness, and health protection are always met.
* You regularly obtain information about PureGym news and market developments and support gym management in developing and executing plans on how your club can assert itself in the market.
* You engage in promotional activities and support your club with flyer distribution.
What you bring:
* You have a qualification as a fitness instructor (m/f/d) recognized by Qualitop Switzerland.
* You have a strong affinity for sports, fitness, health, and sales.
* You have very good German and English skills (at least B2), additional languages are a plus.
* You are flexible in terms of time, including evening and weekend shifts.
* You have a high sense of responsibility and are willing to take on deputy tasks of gym management.
* You enjoy customer contact and like working with people.
* You are motivated to take on new tasks.
* You are independent and enjoy working in a team.
