As a member of the Marketing Communication team, you will play a pivotal role in orchestrating and executing comprehensive communication campaigns spanning all channels for Salt and its sub-brands.

Marketing Communication Manager (100%)
Workplace: Zürich and Lausanne
Your Responsibilities:
* Development and execution of 360° communication campaigns in collaboration with the team, agency partners and internal stakeholders
* Coordination and management of campaign deployment across various mediums including ATL/BTL but also POS implementation
* Creation and execution of diverse multimedia projects, focusing on both traditional and digital platforms
* Help developing the narratives and content strategies
* Leading end-to-end video production processes, including conception, filming, editing, and post-production tasks
* Advising internal teams on effective multimedia approaches and strategies
* Collaborating closely with Social Media Manager / Content Creator to align communication efforts and leverage synergies
* Supporting the development and rollout of editorial plans, ensuring seamless integration across all communication channels
* Maintaining a strong liaison with social media stakeholders and e-commerce teams to ensure coherence in messaging and branding
* Building and nurturing partnerships with external agencies and partners to enhance campaign effectiveness and reach.
In a nutshell, this role requires a strategic thinker with a love for creative storytelling and a strong ability to execute integrated communication campaigns across diverse channels, collaborating closely with both internal teams and external partners.
What we're looking for:
* University degree or similar, ideally in communication/marketing, coupled with several years of hands-on experience in campaign execution on agency or client side.
* Proficiency in implementing both ATL and BTL campaigns.
* A proactive and self-reliant approach to work, with a talent for generating creative ideas and solutions.
* Exceptional interpersonal skills with a positive attitude, making you an excellent team player.
* Fluent in German with proficiency in English; knowledge of French would be advantageous.
* Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite and other standard graphic design tools would be an advantage
