As a key member of our Forensics team, you will play a vital role in helping organizations prevent or combat integrity-related issues, including fraud, bribery, and corruption.
About the Role
* We work with a diverse set of clients in both the public and private sectors, providing them with investigative services, compliance program development, and anti-fraud management system implementation.
* Your responsibilities will include investigating various types of misconduct, analyzing financial data, conducting background research, interviewing individuals, performing technology-assisted document reviews, and writing fact-based reports.
* You will also design and implement compliance and anti-fraud management systems, develop guidelines, codes, and communication strategies, and conduct third-party due diligence and integrity checks.
* In addition, you will carry out compliance risk assessments, perform live compliance monitoring, and collaborate with clients, fraud investigators, internal and external auditors, forensic technology experts, lawyers, and regulatory authorities.
* As a Forensic Consultant, you will be required to have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, German, and Italian, as well as prior work experience in consulting, audit, controlling, compliance, and/or risk management.
* You should possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and an interest in understanding Swiss and international legal frameworks related to economic crimes.
The Ideal Candidate
* Master's degree in economics, business administration, accounting, finance, or another relevant field.
* A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a consulting or auditing firm.
* Proven track record of delivering high-quality results, meeting deadlines, and exceeding expectations.
* Familiarity with industry-standard software and tools, such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat.
* Strong problem-solving skills, ability to think critically, and effective communication skills.
