Responsibilities
* Management
o Overall responsibility including owner of the gastropatent
o Maintain and develop the business concept per GL
o Document the operations (structures) in cooperation with the GL
o Ensure communication with all stakeholders
o Crisis management
* Finance
o Prepare and oversee annual budgets and investments
o Control receivables and payables
o Approve payables including allocation control
o Analyze monthly and annual financial statements and define resulting measures
o Create annual statistics and evaluations
o Prepare staff plans and organizational charts and continually optimise them
o Approve employment contracts and agreements
o Set wage structures (permanent staff & temp workers)
* Marketing / PR
o Marketing annual plan
o Implement marketing measures
o Maintain all social‑media channels with the GL
o Plan entertainment program
o Act as media contact person
o Archive all media reports
* Engineering / IT
o Request quotation and negotiate for investments and larger purchases
o Guarantee maintenance and prevent defects proactively
o Continuously optimise the disposal concept
o Ensure area monitoring
o Data storage and archiving
o Guarantee the function of the POS software and its programming
o Control menu boards and postings
* F&B
o Plan offers and pricing with the GL
o Define partnerships with the GL
o Set reservation guidelines for exclusive events/banquets
o Benchmark comparisons
o Quality control
o Ensure a functioning kitchen and service infrastructure with the GL
o Control goods and labor costs
o Structure event communication meetings
o Project management for new ideas
* HR / Personnel
o Recruitment
o Orientation and training of the whole team
o Support and coaching day‑to‑day
o Actively participate in daily operations as a role model
o Troubleshooter
o Safety and operating responsibility
o Close collaboration with HR and finance
o Participation and leadership in management meetings
o Staff scheduling for about 20 employees
o Consistent and fair leadership of about 20 employees
o Compliance with all legal requirements

Profile / Qualifications
* Grundausbildung in der Gastronomie mit FH‑Abschluss im Bereich Gastronomie, Hotellerie oder Tourismus (von Vorteil)
* Mind. 3 Jahre Berufs- und Führungserfahrung in der System‑ oder Gastronomie oder einer verwandten Branche
* Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
* Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Behörden und Versicherungen (ALV, BVG, RAV, KTGV, UTGV, Steuerbehörden, Betreibungsämter, Migrationsamt, Seco, etc.)
* Sehr gute PC‑Anwenderkenntnisse (Office 365, Gastronovi, Mirus)
* Führerschein Kategorie B
* Technisches Verständnis
* Zuverlässig, teamfähig, vielseitig
* Freude im Umgang mit verschiedenen Gästen
