Acts as a central hub for ecosystem development, market intelligence and cross‑country alignment, driving sustainable growth through relationship building, market enablement and strategic collaboration rather than purely transactional sales. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliBuild and lead a strong communication framework across local European countries, ensuring alignment, knowledge sharing and execution of strategic MSP‑related initiatives. /liliAct as a connector between local markets, MSPs, vendors, investors and internal stakeholders, enabling collaboration and joint growth opportunities. /liliDevelop a deep understanding of the European MSP, IT and services market, including local market specifics, business models, trends, competitive landscape and investment dynamics. /liliSupport and drive regional and local initiatives that accelerate MSP ecosystem development, innovation and market penetration. /liliOwn and nurture strategic relationships with MSPs, vendors, partners and investors, ensuring long‑term value creation. /liliFacilitate cross‑country initiatives, best‑practice sharing and go‑to‑market alignment across the European MSP ecosystem. /liliTranslate market and MSP insights into actionable recommendations for sales, marketing, vendor strategy and investment priorities. /liliCreate senior‑level value propositions and narratives tailored to MSPs to support executive decision‑making internally and externally. /liliRepresent the business in high‑level forums, industry events and strategic discussions with key MSP and ecosystem players. /liliCollaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Vendor Management and Leadership teams to ensure consistency, relevance and impact across MSP‑focused initiatives. /li /ulh3Required Experience Skills /h3ulli10+ years of experience in the IT industry or adjacent ecosystems. /liliDirect experience working for, or closely with, an MSP is strongly preferred. /liliStrong background in business development, ecosystem management, strategy or market development within MSP, channel or services environments. /liliProven experience working across multiple countries and cultures within Europe. /liliDemonstrated ability to build and maintain senior‑level relationships with MSPs, vendors, partners and investors. /liliStrong understanding of market dynamics, trends and stakeholder needs at both local and regional levels. /liliExcellent communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills. /liliAbility to connect strategic vision with practical execution across diverse MSP and partner environments. /liliComfortable operating in complex, matrix and multinational organizations. /liliBachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience. /li /ulh3Ideal Candidate /h3pYou are a natural connector with hand‑on experience in, or deep exposure to, the MSP world. You understand how MSPs operate, scale and make decisions, and you can translate that understanding into meaningful ecosystem initiatives. Rather than focusing solely on transactions, you build platforms for long‑term, sustainable growth across the MSP ecosystem.
