For our client, a dynamic film production company in Los Angeles, we are looking for an experienced
Executive Assistant (English, Russian)
Your responsibilities:
* Provide high-level administrative support to the executive team
* Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements
* Serve as the primary point of contact between executives and industry professionals
* Assist with script coverage, project tracking, and industry research
* Prepare presentations, reports, and correspondence
* Handle confidential documents and communications with discretion
* Oversee office operations and liaise with vendors, legal teams, and talent representatives
* Support executives during film production phases, festivals, and events
Your profile:
* Prior experience as an Executive Assistant in a film production company or talent agency is preferably
* Experience as simultaneous interpreter English Russian (must)
* Ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and high-level projects
* Skilled in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and industry-specific software
* Demonstrated ability to manage sensitive information discreetly
