Professional Experience:
12. With at least 5+ years of experience in compliance, risk management, or audit within financial services
13. With at least 3+ years in a leadership role cumulative to 5+ yrs. of experience
14. Proven strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and examination process
15. Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and analytical skills.
16. Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Education:
17. Bachelor’s degree, preferably related to Banking, Finance, Insurance, Accounting or related course
18. Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), or Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS) designation is a plus.
