Co-founder & sales lead saas startup

We are a dynamic, growth-oriented startup based in Switzerland, specialized in innovative software solutions for highly compliant industries such as banking, insurance, and pharma.

Our mission is to transform data and processes into real business value through secure, efficient automation and scalable architectures. We are seeking a strategic partner to drive sales and scale the venture.

As Co-Founder, you will play a key role in building the company strategically and operationally.


Tasks

* Develop and execute sales strategies to position our software in the market.
* Lead business development and scaling efforts, including prospecting and closing deals in the banking and insurance sectors.
* Represent the startup at events, and with partners and investors.
* Handle marketing on social networks and other channels (e.g., LinkedIn).
* Build and maintain customer and investor networks.
* Manage sales contacts via video calls, emails, and demos.
* Analyze and optimize IT business processes to align with client needs.
* Contribute to go-to-market planning and expansion in Switzerland and Europe.


Requirements

* A completed higher education in Finance or Sales, along with several years of professional experience in these fields.
* An affinity for financial markets or highly regulated industries.
* Willingness to take on responsibility as a Co-Founder.
* Experience in business development.
* Enthusiasm for automating workflows and enhancing efficiency.
* An open, interested, and friendly personality who enjoys adding personal flair to a tech-oriented environment.
* A network among investors, business angels, or venture capital funds is a bonus.
* Fluency in English and/or German (French is a plus).
