3. Conduct regular customer reviews to assess satisfaction and growth potential
4. Log customer interactions in CRM for transparency and collaboration
5. Recommend tailored support based on customer needs
6. Contribute to communications like mailings, surveys, and events
7. Represent customer feedback in cross-functional discussions
8. Stay informed on industry trends to enhance engagement
9. Support annual customer service goals of Swiss-AS

Top criteria:
10. Experience in aircraft maintenance and industry software
11. Strong interpersonal and communication skills; German is a plus
12. Proven track record in customer relations and supplier management
13. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to think in solutions.
14. University Degree (preferred)
15. English is Mandatory: Excellent written/verbal communication and presentation skills
(additional languages are of advantage, especially german is a plus)
16. An in-depth knowledge of AMOS
17. Be ready to lift the challenge to maintain the market-leading position of Swiss-AS and AMOS
18. Knowledgeable in MS Office applications Excel, Word and PowerPoint, proficiency in CRM software products (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.).
19. Be a team player, flexible, proactive and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
20. Actively participate in the continuous improvement of CRM and Company processes
21. Willingness to travel (10-15%)
