In order to actively drive our growth in international markets, we are filling the following position in the research and development department at our headquarters in Wetzikon / Zurich:
Embedded Software / Firmware Engineer (m / f / d)
At Loepfe, you will play a key role in the further development of our products for the textile market. Your active collaboration with colleagues from application technology, sensor, and electronics development makes the role exciting and very varied.
Responsibilities include:
Implementing and testing embedded software, and managing CI / CD processes
Collaborating with other departments to develop new features for our products
Further developing sensor algorithms, working on the core of the sensors
Involvement in firmware development topics such as tools and code quality
Supporting colleagues in application technology with existing products
Your profile:
Degree in engineering (ETH / Uni / FH) in software or electrical engineering
Several years of professional experience in embedded software development (C++) and motivation to expand this experience
Experience with microcontrollers running real-time operating systems
Proficiency in German and English
Experience with GitHub, Jira, Confluence, and working in agile teams is advantageous
